IT accreditation order

As of January 18 1999, in view of the enforcement of Presidential Decree D.P.R. 367/94, a new payment system, referred to as "Information Mandate" was launched, making it possible for the direct orders issued by the state administrations to be dematerialised - once the Central Budget Offices have entered them into the Information System of the State General Accounting Department - and telematically filed to the Bank of Italy for subsequent crediting on the bank or postal current account of the beneficiary.
